Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through ColdWork — including Pro subscriptions and Lifetime plan purchases — are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law (see below).
This applies to all billing cycles and plan types:
- Monthly subscriptions — non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges; the current billing period is not refunded.
- Annual subscriptions — non-refundable. Cancelling stops renewal; no partial refund is issued for the remaining months.
- Lifetime plans — non-refundable. This is a one-time charge and is final.
Statutory Rights Exception
In certain jurisdictions, consumers have statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply once you have begun using the digital service. By accessing your ColdWork subscription or activating a Lifetime plan immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations.
If you have not yet accessed or activated your subscription, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a withdrawal.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all ColdWork transactions. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment disputes on our behalf. For billing-related issues, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account in the event of a chargeback. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will resolve legitimate issues promptly.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents ColdWork from functioning as described, contact us at the email below. We will investigate and work to resolve the problem. Refunds for technical issues are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
