Is ColdWork free?
ColdWork is free to download with website blocking, app blocking, focus statistics, and the Chrome extension all included. Pro and Lifetime unlock desktop app blocking, Strict Mode, Custom Rules, and scheduled blocking.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep Pro access until that date. Once the billing cycle ends, your account returns to the Free plan and you will not be charged again.
How does ColdWork block websites and apps?
On desktop, website blocking runs at the OS network layer across major browsers. On Android, app blocking uses the system-level accessibility and usage controls built into the OS.

What are Custom Rules?
Custom Rules let you set context-aware blocking without starting a manual session. For example: "Whilst youtube.exe is open, block netflix.com and reddit.com." The moment that app is detected running, the block kicks in automatically.
